  • User Data: Names, email addresses, phone numbers, and payment information of customers making payments through the Platform.

  • Device Information: IP addresses, device type, and browser type.

  • Compliance Data: Information collected for KYC (Know Your Customer) and KYB (Know Your Business) processes.

  • Facilitate payments and recurring transactions;

  • Verify business and customer identities;

  • Payment Processors and Bank Partners: To process payments via TransPecos Bank and other integrated service providers.
